We'd like to make a decision as a group.
Ultimately, whether you'd like to be part of that is your choice. But, should you accept, we would consider your opinion when casting our vote.

Our end goals are the same when it comes to Hadriel, wouldn't you say?
Would it be so bad to work with the Phantom Thieves again?

[ WELL. Maybe more than once, but it looks like they don't remember that much. Still, to Akechi at least, the offer isn't entirely new; they did something very similar to this before, right after he tried to kill them all.

Working with us isn't the same as being blindly accepted by us. We're not suddenly changing our tune to one of complete trust.

However. As Akira says, it would be advantageous for us to work together for a mutual goal. Wouldn't you agree?

I remember someone who worked tirelessly towards their goal. ( sure that goal was to bring the phantom thieves down, maybe even to kill him but... yusuke was handling the hard truths of that. ) That's still you, isn't it?

But I'm not sure that's an answer exactly, so I'll ask again: would it be so bad to work with us? We can... call it a truce.

[ Heh. Of course he didn't expect complete trust, but in order to work as a team, some level of trust is necessary-- and that's what makes him so unsure this can ever work out. There's just too much standing between them, too much damage Akechi has caused-- and his one redeemable action seems to have been forgotten. Or could it be that it never happened at all for them...?

Well. He might have to investigate that later, but, for now-- ]

In that case, I believe the second planet would be our best choice. It seems to have more stable weather and mild temperatures, unlike a frozen wasteland where we all might perish before the Null even have the chance to find and strike us. It provides good cover to hide from the Null, as well.

Besides, the greatest adversity there seems to be the wildlife. But, considering our abilities, that should be nothing we can't deal with.

But the frozen world sounds so beautiful. I would like to see it.

I suppose your reasoning does have its merits, however... Akira, what are your thoughts?

I understand where your sensibilities lie, but you shouldn't let your artistic inclinations cloud your judgement. I would rather not rely on a god's whim to keep us alive- or worse, to bring us back, if things turned out the way I imagine.

Akechi has a point, and further to that, the god's abilities to bring is back has been... wavering lately, at best. It would be better to rely on our own skills and strengths to pull us through...

Besides, didn't you also think the jungle-like world would have its own appeal, Yusuke? ( he wants to make sure his pal's aesthetic-al needs are met too, THE POWER OF THE CONFIDANT... )

The fact that that world may provide a lot of natural cover would probably lend itself well to our usual methods.

From my understanding, these gods can be destroyed, and they even go so far as needing our help in order to restore themselves, correct? That is all the more reason for us to rely on our own strengths only.
